E Choke Is Carrying Me Around the World But I Just Want to Come Home and Eat Fufu Sefa Cri

 Budding Ghanaian artist Sefadzi Abena Amesu simply known as Sefa is pushing boundaries with her hit single “E Choke” featuring Mr. Drew.

The Black Avenue Musik signee started by singing in school and progressed to performing at events and uploading the videos on Instagram till she caught the attention of BAM boss D Black. He contacted her and proceeded to add her to the label.

Sefa released her debut album titled “Growth” in 2020. She says the album title was inspired by her journey in the music industry. Despite bemoaning the insufficient support for females in the music industry, Sefa is doing well thus far for herself.

The “E Choke” hitmaker is still in London after a fiery performance at this year’s Ghana Party In The Park and she seems to be making the most of it. However, like most Ghanaians who leave home to an environment where they don’t get easy access to proper local food, Sefa just wants to have a shot at a big bowl of fufu with light soup filled with all the goodies.

According to her, her music is really taking her places and for that she is grateful but she is homesick and craving fufu. She took to her Twitter to share her sorrow with her followers.

“My song is taking me places and thank God for that . But now I’m Homesick.. I want fufu and light soup with goatmeat , chicken, fish , egg and just a little ginger on top”, she tweeted.

We hope Sefa gets her fufu, but we also hope she is taking lessons from Salma Mumin who has been unable to maintain her surgery body and is showing us her real shape.
