Jared Fogle Blames His Victim's Parents Because He's a Horrible Human Being

Human bag of garbage Jared Fogle is serving more than 15 years in prison on child pornography charges, but that won't stop him from continuing to torture his victims from behind bars. Fogle's lawyers have filed a motion against one of his victims alleging that her parents, and not Fogle, are responsible for the emotional damage she has suffered, NBC reports.

The girl, a minor, was secretly filmed by Russell Taylor, the head of Jared Fogle's charitable foundation, while she was changing clothes in Taylor's home. The footage was then sent to Fogle.

The victim is suing Fogle and Taylor, alleging that the incident has caused her emotional distress. In a motion filed in response by Fogle's attorneys, they allege that her emotional distress was not due to the actions of Fogle and his accomplice. Rather, they say, it is because her parents are divorced.

The girl's parents, the motion says, "maintained a hateful and abusive relationship toward each other" and that is the reason for her psychological distress, not the fact that she was the victim of two sick, twisted individuals.

Fogle has already paid 10 of his victims $1 million in restitution.

This is only the latest in Fogle's attempts to weasel out of responsibility for his actions. Earlier this year, he tried to get himself a shorter prison sentence because, he said, he only fantasized about sex with minors.
